Shannon's projects are well thought out in advance – which translates to being well executed for her clients; saving not only time, but costly oversights. Never before have I seen a “Designer’s Book,” created by a designer! For example, if you want an inset cabinet, as Shannon is going over your design with you, Shannon will show you the 4 detail options (2 beaded, 2 non-beaded) you have to choose from. She will then go over the differences of how they impact your design – rather than one just showing up which she has “chosen” for you. Before any cabinet order is placed, “behind the scenes,” Shannon goes through an extensive checklist she created, to ensure everything will fit together upon its arrival. (After all – it really isn’t much fun when a custom cabinet has to be cut in half in order to fit in a condo building’s elevator! And yes, I’ve seen others have to do this before.)
