Shannon's Process
The Discovery Conversation Shannon starts by talking about how you live — what frustrates you about your current space, how your family uses the kitchen (or other area), and what your dream outcome looks and feels like. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
The Design Phase Shannon develops detailed floor plans and elevations, including cabinetry layouts so you can truly visualize the space before a single cabinet is ordered. Material palettes and finish directions take shape here as well.
The Refinement Together you fine-tune every detail — hardware finishes, stone selections, tile, paint. This is the part where your personal style really comes through, and Shannon loves helping clients find combinations they wouldn't have discovered on their own.
The Build Shannon stays actively involved during construction, coordinating with your trades and making site visits to ensure the vision you created together is realized with precision. From the pre-demo walk-through to the final punch list, she's there.
